Areas of Court Street Plaza are available for partial or full private rentals.  It’s the perfect place for a small birthday party or large-scale outdoor celebration.

If you're looking to rent Court Street Plaza for a wedding or corporate event, we recommend you check out one of our other 3CDC-programmed civic spaces. Memorial Hall, Washington Park, and Fountain Square are all perfectly suited to host private parties and events. Any event that features the following aspects requires a permit:

• Amplified sound

• Selling food, alcohol, or merchandise

• Selling tickets

• A gathering of 50 or more people

• Events being promoted or marketed to the general public

• Requiring a setup, including tables, chairs, tents, etc.

Event permits are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. To see if a time and date are available before you submit an application, please call 513-621-4400 or complete our event inquiry form below. Events may be booked no less than 14 days and no more than one year in advance.
